1. Who we are

CommodityScreen is operated by Better Solutions Commercial Brokers LLC SOC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("CommodityScreen", "we", "us"). Contact: info@commodityscreen.com.

2. What the service is

CommodityScreen screens commodity trade offers (such as petroleum products and precious metals) for fraud indicators. Reports are produced from the documents and information you submit and from publicly available sources, using automated (AI-assisted) analysis and, where ordered, review by a human analyst. The service is intended for business and professional use.

3. Not advice, no guarantee

Reports are informational opinions only. They are not legal, financial, investment or professional advice, and they do not guarantee that any offer, counterparty or document is genuine or fraudulent. A positive outcome is not a recommendation to trade, and a "Stop" outcome is not an accusation of crime against any party. You remain solely responsible for your own verification and decisions, and should obtain independent professional advice before committing to any transaction.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Credits and paid services

We may grant free credits (for example, a first free check). Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Prices for paid services (such as human review) are shown in USD at the time of ordering. Unless required by law, fees and credits are non-refundable once a report has been delivered or a human review has begun, except as set out in the Billing & Refunds section below. We may change pricing for future orders at any time.

6. Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: you can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period, and partial months are not refunded. Annual subscriptions: a full refund is available within 30 days of purchase, minus any checks already used (charged at the single-check rate of USD 99 each); after 30 days there is no refund, but renewal can be cancelled at any time. Single checks and human reviews: non-refundable once the analysis has started. Unused included checks do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.

7. Your uploads

You confirm that you are entitled to submit the documents and information you upload, including any personal data they contain, and that doing so breaches no law or confidentiality obligation owed to others. We use your uploads only to provide the service. Uploaded files are deleted automatically 90 days after your check is completed (Published or Closed); the report itself remains available in your account.

8. Acceptable use

You may use reports within your own business, including sharing them with your partners in the relevant transaction. You may not resell reports or offer them as your own service, misrepresent their origin, upload malicious content, or attempt to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.

9. Intellectual property

We own the platform and its content. You own your uploaded documents. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the reports we deliver for your internal business purposes.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from any decision to enter into, continue or abandon a transaction. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You will compensate us for claims by third parties arising from your uploads or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version, with its date, is always on this page; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

All submitted offers, documents and counterparty details are treated as strictly confidential. Better Solutions Commercial Brokers LLC SOC will not use submitted information for its own trading or brokerage activities, approach any counterparty named in a submission, or disclose one user's submissions to any other user. Staff access is limited to processing the user's check, support and quality review, and is logged. Uploaded documents are automatically deleted 90 days after check completion (Published or Closed); the report remains available to the user. You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time via info@commodityscreen.com.
