1. Who we are
CommodityScreen is operated by Better Solutions Commercial Brokers LLC SOC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For personal data processed through the service, we are the data controller. Contact: info@commodityscreen.com.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, email, company); if you sign in with Google, the name and email address Google shares with us; the offers, documents and details you submit for checking; the reports we produce for you; usage and technical data (IP address, device and browser information, timestamps); and messages you send us.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service and produce your reports; to email you about your account and your checks (for example when a report is ready); to grant and track credits and process orders; to secure the platform and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Documents about third parties
Offers you upload may contain information about other companies and individuals, such as a counterparty's corporate documents. We process that information only to produce your report and for no other purpose. You are responsible for being entitled to share it with us.
6. Retention
Uploaded documents are deleted automatically 90 days after your check is completed (Published or Closed). The report itself remains available in your account. You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time via info@commodityscreen.com. Reports and account data are kept while your account is active; logs and correspondence are kept for a limited period. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to what is needed to run the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your own country, including in the EU and the US, with appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing. Email info@commodityscreen.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
We treat submitted offers, documents and counterparty details as strictly confidential. We never use submitted information for our own trading or brokerage, contact counterparties named in submissions, or share one user's submissions with another user. Authorised staff access is limited to processing your check, support and quality review, and is logged. Service providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
